1. Nature of Service & Zero Fund Storage
Qolor Pay provides a technology solution for Dynamic UPI QR code generation and real-time backend verification. Please take note of how our platform operates:
- No Fund Holding: Qolor Pay does not hold, collect, store, or escrow merchant or customer funds at any stage.
- Direct P2P / P2M Settlement: Payments route directly from the customer's bank account to the merchant's linked UPI ID/bank account without intermediary pooling.
- Technical Infrastructure: We act exclusively as a technical gateway layer generating QR codes and pushing payment status confirmations via webhook callbacks.
Notice: Qolor Pay is not an RBI-regulated banking institution or custodial payment aggregator. All monetary transactions occur peer-to-peer on standard UPI infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect
To enable account registration, dashboard access, and payment validation services, we collect and process the following merchant details:
- Account & Contact Data: Mobile phone number, verified email address, and account login passwords.
- KYC & Identity Details: PAN Card number, Aadhaar Card details (strictly for account verification and compliance), and merchant legal name.
- Website & App Integration Info: Website domain URLs, callback endpoints, server IP addresses, and generated API keys.
- Transaction Validation Logs: Transaction Reference numbers (UTR codes), Order IDs, amounts, and settlement statuses necessary to facilitate webhook verification.

3. Use of Data & Security Protections
Your details are utilized strictly to deliver and protect our platform services:
- Account Verification: Validating identity and preventing fraudulent or unauthorized merchant onboarding.
- Automated Verification: Processing incoming UPI UTR data against generated Dynamic QR sessions to confirm transactions.
- Data Encryption: All sensitive credentials (including PAN and Aadhaar records) are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted using secure TLS protocols.
- No Data Sales: We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or end-user identity records to third-party advertisers.
